Edits that keep people watching.
I edit video sales letters, paid social ads, short-form and YouTube for coaches, brands and agencies. Graphic designer since 2015, editor since 2020, currently editing at Case Engine.
The work
Four bins, one per format. Swipe or scroll sideways through each one, and hover or tap a clip to preview it. Every cut shows its real running time and frame size.
Thumbnails & ad graphics
Before video, there was print. The design side still ships with every edit: thumbnails, static ads and campaign graphics.
From print shop to edit bay
I started in 2015 as a graphic designer at our family print shop, Darecos Design Studios, laying out everything from wedding invitations to tarpaulins. By 2017 I was leading the junior designers.
In 2020 I moved into video. I taught myself through YouTube and Udemy one course at a time, and since then I've edited for coaching businesses, ecommerce and skincare brands, real estate, solar, SaaS companies and video agencies. Today I edit for Case Engine and a handful of long-running brand partners.
My focus is content that has to perform: VSLs that hold attention to the offer, ads that stop the scroll in the first second, and shorts built for each platform's pace. Because I also design, the thumbnail and the ad static come from the same hands as the edit.
Off the clock
When I'm not editing, I'm riding, cooking, or traveling with my wife, and usually filming all of it on my Osmo Action 4. The clips come from my own vlogs.
